In separate transactions, Ametek Inc. agreed to acquire the programmable power business of Xantrex Technology Inc., Bosch Rexroth will purchase Hagglunds Drives AB, Dresser-Rand Group Inc. acquired certain assets of Peter Brotherhood Ltd., and IntervalZero buys Ardence embedded software from Citrix.
